That is so true, great comment lol!
But i must say i'm more happy with the route we are taking now instead of the SeD deal.
The SeD deal seemed like a good deal too at the time but we would have been diluted probably for a lot of shares for the 4 assets that they wanted to inject into AMBS (my speculation).
And in one of the PR's it seems to suggest that my speculation might have been correct:
We will no doubt be diluted some more when they do the crowdfunding but probably not as bad as with the 4 assets they intended to get from SeD.
So far i'm happy with the route we are taking and like you i hope this time will be different!
