OK. still don't get the 68M part, but now I at least see where you're coming from. That's key bc converting 68 would put us over our A/S. I think those notes are going to become, or may have already become accounts payable if you look at SeD's 10-k, and are likely due for another negotiation. Not certain, but that's what I think.
