In addition to the 40 million shares, there are also the other loans that Chan has made which all convert into shares. All Aboard totaled it all up to be 68 million on an earlier post. I think it it's conceivable that the 2 notes payable to BMI and Dominick may convert at a later date- and hopefully closer to market price rather than the 2.5 cents, if they changed the terms, but we don't know yet. I do think it's ridiculous that they would each get 20 million shares when they haven't been able to raise any significant money.
