The (2) $500k notes to BMI and Dominick convert at 2.5 cents- that's 40 million shares. They were originally supposed to convert last Spring, but then extended to Oct. 18th, so they may already converted. Hopefully we'll get an update soon - there are still a lot of unanswered questions.
