I understand and agree fully. To my understanding and not being overly familiar with the Canadian market maybe someone who is can chime in but even the TSX.V has more strict trading regulations than the OTC. And we know from recent history that the TSX in all forms speaks with the SEC regarding US cross listed companies.

To be honest... I would love to see some news come out and drive up the PPS and then if needed to I would be open to a Reverse split so that the qualifications of the NASDAQ were met so that we could stay up there.

Like many... just sick of the OTC land with OWCP.
