I don't like reverse splits under nearly all circumstances. I can live with one to stay on the Nasdaq once you've achieved it, but believe that the way to achieve it is with news that brings our share price in line with where we believe it should be.
A market cap of just over half a billion equates to the $4 market price that's needed. I believe that once the market understands that our psoriasis cream will be on the market in an ever expanding group of Countries and States will see that happen. I think we should wait for this to occur, not push it with manipulation of the outstanding shares. In almost every company I've seen that did reverse splits, the market cap of the company suffered dramatically after the R/S. We want actions that build the market cap, not cause it's demise.
