The selling of the patent (s) is very good news. My only question is somewhat hypothetical. Would Bret send the email out that he is selling the patent if he didn't think there was a very good chance it would sell? For sure the money is needed and I believe the profit margins would be much better with the N Assay applications so it is a good business decision.

To be fair, if the flat pack patent doesn't sell, what's the recourse then?
