First of all the company needs cash to proceed with the N Assay. Would any company rather not have to be in a position to sell it's patents? Of course. When you can't find funding without serious dilution your left with not much of a choice. Was the company going to produce outside the domestic market? Don't think so. You can't fly overseas when your scratching for business at home. Let's hope they find several interested parties. If this was a private co I'd sell in a New York minute then sit back and check my mail box every month for a check. Management is trying to make the co work for everyone. I guess the licensing mentioned previously did not work out. Not sure how many other option are available. Unfortunately we sit here bouncing between .05 and .06.
