Scott, if the $45-80 million price were realized, I would vote for a one-time dividend of $0.10 ... many of us would then have our shares for free and could afford to wait until the big payoff. BB would have money again, and it would only cost about $15 million to do it.
Why has no one commented on the fact that it is Nanologix, not BB, who is offering the patent for sale. Doesn't that answer the age-old question of who owns the patent?
