We all need to recognize that FDA Trials take years. If OWCP isn't able to sell products in Green Cross stores, or in other nations, if the trials for drug approval are FDA sanctioned, the earliest approval would probably be 2020 if they must do a Phase 2 and Phase 3 Trial. It might be possible to do a registrational Phase 2, and that could bring 2019 into play.

It might be possible to gain approval elsewhere quicker, I'm uncertain what it will take in Israel. I also don't know if Israel has the equivalent of our Green Cross stores, or if sales in Israel would require a clinical efficacy trial for the psoriasis cream to be sold.
