Correct and I agree with OWCP.
However, they must get them in place to further research. So that means, revenue beyond what their research costs.
Not bashing, just pointing out that this would seem the logical end to the 10K.
We want to do more research(Cool). We need more money(Understandable), We won't dilute the current shareholdings unless necessary(Super cool).
