If you read the 10k throroughly you would see that they have no need for a marketing department.
All their future plans stem from partnerships or licensing deals with companies that already have the sales and marketing framework establsihed.
They said right in the 10k that they will license the patents to third parties.
They also said they have more patents to file.
I really believe the way we need to look at the company is as an r and d company only.
They will not be responsible for sales and right now they have nothing for sale and if I signed an agreement with owcp to license and market their products then the onus is on the licensee to market the product

You are getting bent out of shape for no reason.

People/shaeholders here put expectations on OWCP to do what they think the company should do.
How about taking a step back and listening to what the company is saying and then you'll understand exactly where they are and where they're going.
