And all of hte lawsuits were directed toward the Fab 83726 and not necessarily Treaty but Treaty was named in the suits anyway.
All 13 previous suits were tossed like a stale pizza, including the fake BK where the judge nearly had a coronary laughing so hard.
The SEC case brought on by Lying TD and Super Hallin looks like hte same will happen. Treaty already settled and the Fab 736625 more than likely will settle for a hand slap if not total dismissal. IMO it'll be the latter
Not even Clown TD can save it now. I think current Teco shareholders along with the ones he made sell will sue him now.
