Good points. Most of the suing crybabies invested of their own free will including me PTSD from the North Pole.
Nobody held a gun to anybody's head to invest anything. We all were hoping Belize was going to. E a success , it was at best wildcatting , and we know how that works.
In terms of domestic deals, any investor should really kick the tires before investing and many of us are guilty of not doing that.
Lawsuits are fruitless at this point
Getting treaty going again is the best way to recover
I hope we continue in that direction
