I think prior to the judge throwing the SEC Sumary Judgement attempts out the window yesterday there was little chance the SEC believed there is NSS here.

Or they just deny it like they deny knowing who TDButtwiper is or that htye had any one on one direct contact with him. Like two meetings over lunch.

Now The Fed Judge I think see's through the SEC's BS and knows TD is behind the entire thing. They know he is an Hedge Fund Employee and will continue his illegal activity until he is stopped.

I think he'd be good for target practice myself. The FBI could train using him as a moving target .. lol
