one of the ?s i posted earlier pertained to VNDM's *reporting* in the PRIMARY
position for the month of October

a direct result imo of just one actual P2O investor who picked off approx 1.1M
over a 6 week period .. from the last week of August 2016 .. into the first week
of October 2016 (price range of those picks .. 044 to 048/049 a few at elastic
asks of 05/051)

and the majority of that damage was done in Sept .. about 40% of what NN
*reported* in their PRIMARY position

imo PTOI's stats have been pretty much perverted since that latter half of 2012

clearly perverted since 2013 .. 2014 .. 2015 .. 2016

interestingly after showing almost *no change* on legal shorts .. 2017
changed out that pattern

imo PTOI is this close to triggering reg sho for a 3rd time

this is why this next round of info out of RH matters .. P2O gets about 2 to 3
opportunities per year .. and because NON RETAIL took one last gamble
and timed their last 52 week low reset to the first $100,000 of the $600,000
sourced by RH last August .. P2O actually *controls* PTOI for the first time
they have from now thru August .. clearly no actual investor wants PTOI to
be taken down .. i can live with PPS being stalled .. all P2O investors have
lived with essentially a sub 10c PPS since the EO 2013 .. with a handful of
exceptions .. just a reminder .. NON RETAIL reset Jan 2014's 6c *reset*
to 5c in October 2014 .. when they did back to back *volume* to bury the
release of the ACC Executive Summary .. aided and abetted by one of those
*imo* who wanted (and most likely still wants) P2O's IP

i'm always curious as to when *efforts* .. begin to ramp and timing
