it really isn't a difficult concept
NON RETAIL plays the rigged game when it comes to US Equities
the OTC has been considered totally fungible ..
NON RETAIL doesn't have retails' constraints .. so they work cycles of money
targeted stocks are taken UP .. targeted stocks are taken down .. get a few
trolls to create noise on both sides on SMBs .. and the drama is in full swing
when the kill order is given .. compression of targeted stock's pps is undertaken
most OTCs never survive kill orders .. they wind up doing R/S that are almost always
re-shorted below original R/S pps .. or if they don't go that route they have
totally blown out SS .. 1B .. 2B .. and that is usually by their 2nd or 3rd year
that is why PTOI's IO matters ..
so when a company actually outlasts .. and does so for 9 years (as of next month)
and has an independently validated/tested/permitted .. multi million $ product
to scale ..
going against abusive liquidity turned off in total (about 78% from Dec to Jan)
P2O's first sale presents a huge problem .. it's why *crews* agenda/playbook
has to be changed .. as i'd noted in a prior post today .. to belittle it
it won't matter whether my version of NON RETAILs' *abuse* is correct or if
it's half of that .. of even half of that .. so on (90M .. 45M .. 22.5M .. 11.25M) .. it's
*volume* that has to be undertaken (% of) to either being a partially laddered
cover on PTOI .. or another % to just *roll* resets and see if RH doesn't deliver on when comes next ..
so if the 1M abusive position in Dec 2009 is now say 10M (imo it's 9x higher)
but hey let's be conservative .. what does that translate to for legit PTOI shares
i remind everyone .. back in Sept 2016 .. when RH 8k'd the MOU .. the 52
week high (yep) of 7c was hit on less than 70,000 in *volume* .. from memory
23,000 was done @ 7c .. b4 the *clamp* came down by NON RETAIL
what is the difference from last Sept to this month or next .. *no volume to speak of*
because they have none left to BLOCK
and the ironies there imo are what the algos sourced (NON RETAIL)
what the state of Indiana is spending on one site .. in one county (multiple millions) in Nov 2016
and what the analyst report out of TMR revealed re: this emerging sector
in its ascension in Dec 2016
