Do it. I would love to see Heddle, Bordynuik, and some other company officers go to Discovery in the same process.
Add in anybody that responded to these supposed posts that makes this company a real POS.
Maybe then we can find where all the millions in SGA has gone. Or what happened to the millions Heddle has supposedly loaned to the company....or any other questions that I want to direct my attorney to find out.
And when it is all over and nothing actually comes out other than the people that run this company just suck and could care less about shareholders.....get ready for the countersuit.
Maybe I won't seek actually monetary damages.....I'm thinking more in line of getting what this crap company uses as currency the most.....So.....After I get them to pay my legal fees... I'll take millions of shares in lieu of a settlement.
And then dump them all in huge market orders.
