Yup, this one has been beat to death....unintentionally.

I've been in lots of pinks, without ever seeing a requirement for an annual meeting.

OTCQB I have seen every other year...such as EDIG, who held them yearly for a while, then went to every other year, then one time waited 3 years and got their hand slapped, so they went back to every other year.
