Rather than guess about the shareholders meeting why not just wait for the announcement. I sent an email to the corporate body that oversees New York registered corporations. There seems to be a requirement for all such registered corporations to hold an annual meeting but annual is somewhat vague...does that mean each year? or does it mean 12 months from the date of the last meeting? So hopefully given as it is the government, it might take some time to get an announcement back. I still think they will get it done but how and when is just a guess.
