Question: Do you consider TpacMuse as part of the Company? My beef is with TpacMuse and they are doing "everything" to try and control the stock price. Isn't that what the MRVB was designed for? For multiple weeks they have touted their programs and encouraged shareholders to "Get them While you Can". They are creating hype to absorb the preferred conversions.
Muse continued to back their .01 EOY stock prediction which started by the way when the pps was about 5 times the current price. I feel as shareholders we deserve to know what changed and why? If enough of us ask the question, over and over, perhaps they will be forced to come clean.
I have been involved with many OTC's and I am no stranger to dilution. Unfortunately this one caught me off guard as I never expected the amount of dilution to happen so fast.
I have the right to express my frustrations on this board as many times as I like. And you have the right to express yours as well.
Meanwhile the Ask continues to get stacked with VNDM shares....the good news is (if you call it good news) that the OS is almost maxed so they will have to buy back some shares if they plan on converting the remaining 15k preferred shares.
