The stock price is a measure of success for shareholders, not the company.
EPS is one of the measures of success for a company. Market price only matters to the company during an initial or new stock offering. The company cannot control the stock price nor should they try.
If you need to repeat something constantly then you have nothing to teach and worse yet, you are not teachable.
