Actually, you don't have any "rights" on this board.
Your ability (and mine) to post here is granted by the board owners and can be revoked for any reason or no reason at all.
So, no, you don't have the right to continuously repeat yourself, though the owners may tolerate it if you pay a subscription. If you don't pay, they might tolerate you for 15 posts per day.
