I took a look again at TBEV. In Feb. 2015 they had a 1 for 10 RS. Then in FEB. 2016 they had another 1 for 100 RS. And just this month they increased their authorized shares from 5 billion to 20 billion.
If I would have purchased 100 million shares of TBEV even after the first RS that 100 million shares would be worth $100 today ($10 if they were purchased prior to their first RS).
While 100 million shares of HJOE purchased around the same time were worth $150,000 before the SEC took this action "to protect Investors".
Yet since TBEV is current in their filings they continue to trade with the SEC's blessings after wiping out any long term Investors. I wonder why the SEC did nothing to protect all those TBEV Investors?
