I know there is a ton of accounting requirements when making international sales, bottling, franchise and excise tax, business taxes etc. Tennessee has a lot of tax requirements. Yes they are a CO business but they operate in Tennessee and have nexus in Tennessee. I'm not bashing just a concern shareholder.
