I asked HJOE to stop usingTwitter as the official way to communicate with shareholders and issue a thorough, legitimate PR explaining the status of the company. I said a little "we know what we are doing and got your back" posts on Twitter are not useful.
What did they do? Did they answer back? No, they blocked me on Twitter. Are they in high school?
I also have tried communicating with SMS numerous times about a dealership in a large metro market. I've given up now after many attempts to get the most basic of business questions answered. They have said they would get back to me with answers and after following up with them, they still have not responded.
I don't know what's up with this company but I have lost faith and now, probably a good chunk of money.
I supported the company on social media as recent as hours before this suspension was announced. Until they explain in detail what is going on, and none of this "we got your back, and we'll tell you when we tell you" garbage, I have stopped. You don't see real companies treating their shareholders this way.
HJOE management needs to grow up, do some legit crisis management, and embrace the shareholders who supported HJOE when we had every right not to.
I welcome all adult feedback on this post.
