Not critical at all... a fair assessment IMO.   The kicker now is that it's growing more difficult for any intersted new money to come on board, especially if more and more brokers begin to camp onto the CE aspects or other perceived downsides of stocks, especially OTC's, as the likes of a Vanguard has just done.  That list you linked earlier should be a wake up call to the legitimate companies.

Market awareness at this point does not require a significant investment in time or resources, IMO.  Let's hope that once the drilling and testing has concluded that there will be news of some sort of a formal nature.
