Who do I raise holy hell with, Vanguard?  Why?  They are taking an objective stance and attempting to mitigate any perceived risk to their clients and themselves.  The stock has been CE status for over a year.  I don't blame them for being cautious.

Clearly they have decided that it's been "long enough" and if nothing has happened by now, it's no longer a security that they are willing to be involved with. 

If this cautionary stance spreads among the more reputable brokers, it won't be good for the shareprice of this and similarly positioned securities, IMO.

I'm having difficulty distinguishing between market awareness and shareholder indifference at this point.   And I find that tough to swallow considering the number of shares and dollars many of us have invested. 

And no, I'm not surprised that I haven't received a reply to my e-mail message, but I am disappointed. 

Maybe Bingo has a thought or two on the subject.
