I am not trying to be critical,but(yep here comes the old but)not promoting the stock is one thing,assisting shareholders who have certain expectations,with beneficial/factual PRs,is another.Yes,the share price will appreciate because of this,and there will be those who will trade and the share price will decline,yet the market will realize the real value of the company,and not retreat to the same lows we are currently experiencing.A company with real fundamentals/strong basis,cannot be harmed(share price) in the long run,smart investors know what they are looking at,and big money will want to get on board,at some point,once they feel comfortable with the company's situation,but that takes market awareness,regardless of which exchange we are trading/listed on.
