I am leaning towards the new employee option - which could mean that we are getting new management (plus whatever new management means in terms of new avenues of success or a significant funding partner), This would simply mean that additional of management promises are in realization mode.

I believe that it is also tied in to making a payment or two on our content obligation to get that out of default (so part of it was cash to the company) or stock in lieu???

I do not believe that we are waiting for D Foley, though I believe our success would be greater with him here.
