Most restricted shares can not be sold for at least 1 year and can be held for 5 years before getting off the restricted position. Those shares were picked up somewhere between .03 to .06 PPS. Many times those buyers have 5 years to purchase another half of the volume for a set price of say .04 to .08 PPS. it is my understanding that NTEK did not allow that addidional stock purchase with previous Restricted share sale purchases however. One thing that I do know is that you need to have over 2 million dollars in monetary assets in order to buy Restricted shares, (value of property does not count). Means someone with money most likely invested here if these restricted shares did not go to wealthy employees.
