It never pays to be patient or realistic on this board. I threw a dart at a 30% increase in sp over the next 2 weeks for a silly contest and I get two responses telling me how wrong I am. Of course we COULD see anything.  Of course we COULD see efficacy and p53 activation and tumor shrinkage and a whole cohort of cured patients. We COULD also see another two weeks of slow, plodding growth plateauing at resistance levels pushed up by positive but not earth shattering PRs like we've seen for the last several months. I just made my guess based on my research, history and my opinion. Believe me, I hope you're right but how is making an educated guess for a contest the "mother of all flock ups"?
