PRURISOL trials question:  Since the European trials are Phase II/III then the MTD for the active molecule was established when it went thru trials.  We are hearing about 30 days of treatment and then 30 days for treatment to cure the patient, how did the required treatment dosage come about or will they just dose a little below MTD that was established for the active molecule?

KEVETRIN euro trials question:  Since these trials will start at least after the 2nd cohort is finished, will the euro trials start at the dosage already established by the 2nd cohort should it prove to be below the MTD and have no adverse affects to the patients in cohort 2?  Thus, could the euro trials be a lot shorter than US  trials since they should reach MTD quicker?
