I'm not sure how Belize can "quietly" sell oil?  Oil makes a lot of economical noise in my opinion. These people negotiating with Belize over the superbond can't be ignorant to BNE's success or any other Belize based oil companies. I'm sure they have means and ways to get all the Belize oil data they need in order to force Belize's hand into paying.  Again; I'm not reading all these articles so I might be speaking out of turn. Though if I was looking to be paid from a country who wasn't paying then one of the first sources of income I would look into is the countries natural resources.
