I understand your focus on the 200 BPD which focuses on the cashflow dilemma's that have plaqued the company.  Once we get past the cashflow dilemma then the rest is gravy and relatively easier to accomplish then years gone by.  Better to be conservative!  On the other hand and in my opinion we blow by all the above with additional deals that will be made in the meantime.  Granted that we will be giving away some of the percentages; I think Reid does a great job with strategic alliancing.  All players need some incentives since none of us work for free!  Lousiana should be drilled in parallel with the Macomas and Belize should be very near according to the 3rd 10Q but I agree with your 200 BPD focus based on the committed funding of $2.1mm.  There will be delays so again;  let's remain conservative!
