Smart for the Bondholders to think of that. And I agree that this could be one reason why the GOB has been so secretive of any oil discoveries.

Question.  The Bondholders may want to tap into the oil revenues. Would this have an impact on Treaty's share of the  sales of the oil. I would  think not since it's in a contract written before the Bondholders thought of this.
