Processed Jerky is garbage. You can almost taste the fillers and preservatives that give it the distinctive McDonald's aftertaste. In my Slim Jim addicted house, I'm looking forward to trying cured brisket meats with alcohol that do a great job of tenderizing and breaking down flavors.
