If Zagami is sanctioned, can the Rosen firm pay those for him? I seem to recall something to the effect that a class action attorney cannot provide a monetary benefit to the plaintiff they represent other than from the proceeds after the case is settled or won. I think that this is supposed to keep class action attorneys from "hiring" a plaintiff?

Is that right? If Zagami is sanctioned, will he have to pay it out of his own pocket?
