We will be granting you an additional two weeks, or until May 16, 2016 to file your 10-K and remain on the OTCQB marketplace. If your company’s 10-K is not filed by this date, you will be downgraded to the OTC Pink Marketplace.
Once your 10-K is filed, please complete and submit your OTCQB Certification using the instructions attached
