Update:
We have been granted another 2 week extension by the OTC on the annual report, so we will not be downgraded to OTC
ink unless we fail to file before the end of the month. We are however expecting the auditors to sign off on the audit this week, so we fully expect to file before the new deadline.
I expect our Africa project to be announced by the bank in a week.
