Quick update, annual report and Africa
The auditors have not finished auditing the annual report, I am hopeful we can file tomorrow but it is outside my control, the auditors have to sign off before it can be filed. In the event it does not get filed by the close of business tomorrow, it will be filed in the following days at which time the stock will immediately return to good standing on the OTC QB. I will let you know what our intentions are to resolve the late issues with the filings, after the annual report is filed.
Africa - I do not have a public announcement date but the production system has been rolling out in stages, with new functionality added within the last week, it is functioning and stable. We now have international air-time top-up live. The bank has been building the support and help systems.
