I understand that concept and it is reasonable when you're talking about one reverse split. When you go through two, there's virtually no way you can recover your investment.
If you invested $10,000 originally and had 100,000 shares before the first RS (150:1), you now have 666 shares (assuming you haven't bought more). A new RS of 100:1 gets the share price to $7.00 from this level but leaves you with 6 shares. To get your original investment back, you'd need the share price to reach $1666.67. That's not likely to happen.
