We didn't have to vote last time for the RS. So far the only votes we as shareholders have done is to increase the AS.
Secondly due to company mismanagement the PPS has dropped from 6.90 to .07 with another RS looking like June.
So with the companies current track record. the share count decreases and the value decreases and still no trials for anything.
