You are correct in your analysis of value post R/S. BUT!! the reasons behind it are more ominous. It alludes to non-organic increase in share price for what reason? The last R/S (under a year ago) was to increase the share price to bring in the "institutional investors" and meet requirements for uplisting... What's the reason now??
