This class action suit was a bad joke from the start. The MAKO hit piece was also a bad joke but was successful in killing the share price and my only complaint with Leo in the 5 years I have been invested in $CTIX is allowing the stock to slip into the Pink Sheets which makes us easy prey. I do not have a legal background but I will be shocked if the judge does not throw this out very soon. I am hoping this is a 2 step process where step 1 is to have the suit dismissed and step 2 is to counter-sue Rosen, MAKO and every other crook (many who post on LieHub). I want to see these bastards pay! I strongly believe that the science will win out over the long term and that is why I hold on with conviction.
