I'm thinking a three-part process with:
1. judge throws out Rosen suit
2. judge may somehow sanction Rosen in her order for bringing a frivolous suit
3. Sullivan brings separate suit against Rosen for x damages (do not know the jurisdiction)
It would be helpful to take a side action and get the whole Rosen crew disbarred.
