I think filing is the least of the companies concerns right now and although it hurts to say this, if I were running the company it would be the least of my concerns also. I don't think the company is planning to release financials at any particular time. I think they are hopeful they can release financials in 2016 but the timeline is dependent on the results of the lawsuit.

That being said, if the company keeps up the momentum , it is only a matter of time that some large investors get involved after seeing the grass roots movement and market penetration. I am prepared to wait it out.
