As we know the sec gives up to two years to file fins; therefore going backwards doesn't the timeline fall around end of 2016? I can't remember but it's within two years. So the "when" clock is simply ticking down. As many suspect and as Hjoe has been eluding too we will see lots by year end. I cannot see it happening sooner. Markets get quiet over the summer months and ramp up during fall and early winter. So it would only make sense to file during peek time. more time to accumulate revs for the filings and just more WOW factor for the press releases.
