My bet is that management will not launch anything in Q1 2016 despite statements made for URBT.
Further, I believe management is attempting to raise capital via what May be an affiliate of URBT called PunchTV Studios.
Look at the filings which in my opinion are unbelievable. Look at the employment agreement which pays the sole employee, CEO, and sole Director if he leaves the company. Look at the S1 and try to search for the CPA who is listed as preparing the financials. I couldn't locate the CPA searching public state licensing records. If the CPA does not exist, the filings are fraudulent.
Look at the value ascribed to the film library and productions equipment while no third party valuation was provided. My opinion is that the film library which has contents from 2006 on martial arts has zero value and the equipment has almost no value.
In my opinion, Save your money on a PunchTV Studio investment. Donate the money or invest in a real media company.
