I know it has been a while but we have been working at a fever pitch heading for the first quarter launch of the network.
I just wanted everyone to know that my company Punch TV Studios has successfully filed with the Securities Exchange Commission which will allow us to raise $50 million dollars at $1 per share. We are now waiting on an effective date.
Oh yeh it's on! This is my first IPO.
With this money we are going to empower talented movie and television producers that will be the next generation movie makers. In addition Punch TV Studios intends to fund the URBT 5 million dollar Reg D if we are able to settle with the URBT creditors. If these settlement can be made this would allow URBT to become the broadcast arm of Punch TV Studios.
